All fields above require input of your information to submit your quote. As a reminder, you must have a planned itinerary prior to your trip. When planning your trip consider that drivers cannot exceed 10 hours of driving a day and cannot be on duty more than 15 hours a day. Southern Express Coach shall not guarantee refunds if your trip is affected by mechanical or service issues and shall retain, at its sole discretion, the right not to make any refunds whatsoever. If a vehicle supplied by Southern Express Coach develops or experiences mechanical, electrical, and or other problems that render it inoperable, Southern Express Coach shall, at its sole discretion, provide another vehicle of similar quality and cost to complete the charter. The replacement vehicle shall satisfy Southern Express Coach's contractual obligation. There shall be no refund when an alternate vehicle is provided. Suppose one or more electrical systems, including climate control, restroom facilities, radio, television, GPS, and other electronic devices, shall malfunction. In that case, Southern Express Coach's sole liability in such an instance shall be limited to 5 (five) percent of the total cost of the charter.
